CPG Capital is dedicated to a smart, disciplined investment strategy, relying on its own in-house underwriting and analysis to identify the very best opportunities for its investors. CPG has intentionally sought ways to mitigate factors that might cause a misalignment of interests — eliminating fees until capital is called and excluding placement deadlines, to name a couple examples. In other words, our goal is not to place capital as quickly as possible, but to exercise patience, identify true value, and generate excitement when capital is called for each portfolio project.
